Who was Manufacturer of this Late 1890's early 1900's bike?

I know that I have seen these rear wheel dropout chain adjusters before on the CABE. Does anyone have an idea who the actual manufacturer of this bicycle is? Nameplate is useless because it is just a department store brand manufactured by someone else.

Here is one example of the same dropout chain adjusters on another similar bike but doesn't say who manufacturer was.

Can anyone point me to where this bike frame manufacturer was identified or know who the manufacturer was?

Trying to figure out who produced the frame. Nameplate is unimportant and not useful, just another department store brand, not a manufacturer of bicycles.

I remember a Olive Wheel Co. had similar drop outs.
