Will a skiptooth hub/crank fit on a '73 Schwinn World Voyageur frame?

Hi, I have a chance to pickup an decent 1973 Schwinn World Voyageur frame and fork for free, but want to fit it with a skiptooth drive train. I was wondering if the hub and crank will fit the frame. Unfortunately, the free frame is about 200 miles away, so I don't want to make the drive if it won't convert to skiptooth - so I can't test the fit prior to picking up the frame. The person giving me the frame isn't interested in measuring it for me.
Anyone have any info?

No, since it has a 3 piece bottom bracket. You could drill some steel ballooner skip tooth chainrings to fit the alloy spider, or find an alloy inch pitch pista sprocket. Steel inch pitch track sprockets will also mate up to modern alloy or older steel 3-piece spiders.
