I got this old Winchester skip tooth bike just wondering about how old it is and if it's rare?

D.P. Harris bike most likely. pretty rare , cool bike.

Needs proper prewar seat, rear drop stand, and proper fenders, pedals....all easily found

Any approximate value as is? I think I got it cheap $20 or something like that had it a couple years now fun to look at just haven't tore into it yet any places I can get good pictures for reference?

$20 is about right for it, you could probably double your investment
