Winged Deco Stem

What would you have to pay for one of these winged deco stems, and are they out there ?

I've seen at least one opportunity to buy this stem in the past few years on Ebay, I don't remember what it brought but I'm pretty sure it was in the $500+ bracket. Catfish would be the person to ask, if its rare and exotic chances are good he has one.
