These came on deluxe Columbia/Westfield bikes, like the Black Hawk, during the mid thirties.
The front wheel has a New Departure hub which needs an axle kit. It has one small (1") section of the bead in the wood missing. $225 Shipped Now reduced to $175 Shipped SOLD
The rim has a crack in the wood, about 12" long. I think it can be filled , $125 Shipped. Now reduced to $75 Shipped
