Wood rim bicycle identification???

I have a chance to buy a wood rim bicycle for my first time and I don’t know anything about it other than it has wood rims. It’s hung up in the rafters about 20’ so it was hard to get good pictures. I’ll post what I have. I wood like to know the make and value if possible? Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

Really hard to tell, prob worth $500-$600 maybe, depending mostly on straightness of wheels condition of pedals, rear coaster brake, stem, who made it maybe only 400?

I'm going to guess that it is an Elgin.
