Maybe a Great Western Mfg. based on the notched Fauber bottom bracket crank hanger.

Might be a diamond frame, or a motorbike, or a double bar curved top bar, or a ladies frame bike?

No it has a bar so it's a guy's bike. at least back then.

Kelly adjustable bars were used on quite a few early bikes, I think they were considered aftermarket.

I'm going with Archie, it's probably a Fauber sprocket which were used on Great Western bicycles.
