I don't know the first thing about BMX bikes, becasue to me, they're not that old, I don't really think of them hardly as vintage, and a lot of them look like or were something sold at Walmart back in the day. Why did this go for so much? Can anyone educate me on that?

Rare frames made in small numbers. Early 80s California manufacturer.
Basically had to be in the right shop at the right time to even know about them. Plus you had to be really into the bmx scene to get your dad to spend the big $$$$.
