WTB 28 inch wood or clad rims/wheels

Hello, I just picked up a new project, a TOC LeRoy Safety. I am needing a few bits to get it back together. It has its original hubs and block chain but it is riding on modern 26 balloon tires so I am hoping to find something usable but "patinaed" to replace them with. I am fixing to restore an earlier hard tire safety too so this bike needs to be done on the cheap if possible. I have one good single tube tire that is rideable and would also need to find another tire if anyone has one they could part with.
