Finally riding a big boys bike
Hi All,
I’m looking for a set of 26 inch Chrome or Painted Drop Center rims with hubs and spokes ready to ride for my 1938 project bike.
I’m going to repaint and restore the bike , so these wheels must look new or like new (not as if going on a patina bike)
Hubs can be New Departure or any other make from 1938 era and rebuilt (For Skiptooth)
Spokes must look nice , either new or with nice surface (no patina)
Chrome or painted rims ( red or black would do.....see photos of a red one below, can be a solid color no pinstripe or pinstripe and color)
Anyway, they don’t have to be a brand new restore, just nice and presentable , nice color or chrome, no rust , no patina and again, rebuilt hubs , trued , and nice spokes
