Finally riding a big boys bike
I don’t want to copy or reproduce any existing plate, I want to find someone who can make custom personalized for “ME” to put on some of my bikes and possibly a few of my friends bikes as well. I am looking to exactly make the plate with my messages and numbers on them. I would prefer they are not painted but more of a galvanized finish.
Attached to the message is the shape that I want the plate. If you can help or know someone who can help I would greatly appreciate it.

Not sure if I can offer what you're after. I am a graphic designer by trade and I can UV print onto aluminum, plastic, etc.
However, it would not have that "stamped" look and I could only do the (4) holes, not the slots.
Here is an example of a UV printed head badge on a thin brushed aluminum I'm making for a custom application.

I've looked into that- not a lot of sources for custom stamped plates anymore. And vintage embossing machines are huge! I have made some headbadges with vintage dies and a hydraulic press, in brass sheet with durometer 95 urethane as the force. For a license plate my current thinking is to get some cast acrylic sheet laser cut as your die and squeeze the hell out of it, again with urethane. and make some steel frames to contain that urethane. A good excuse to get a welder! And maybe hand finish with jewelry repousse methods. A good basic book from a jewelry perspective is:
