WTB: ND 2 speed unit/kit

I'm considering buying a New Departure 2 speed bicycle hub conversion unit. Preferably with the cable, shift lever, and all other components and pieces. I'm not sure what these are worth. Please feel to post or pm. Thanks!

Conversions are going for the high $200s and up. Ive got a skip tooth later style plunger setup with everything but the actuator, which is the hardest part to find. It has NOS cable, driver and pulley and the rest is in very good condition. If you're interested. let me know. I also have a few more NOS parts: cables, a wartime pulley and an driver if someone needs parts.
