We used to make Whizzer crank arms by the pound using a bearing press and a handful of body repair steel blocks.... prewar and post war, Schwinn and all the others; I sold prolly 10 in the early 2000's on Ebay.

What length arms?

Standard adult man's crank, nothing special. And of course remember you use a woman's sprocket on the man's crank when done, and ready to mount.
