X-53 Fair Market Value !
About 6 years ago, I paid $500 for a Mens Western Flyer X-53 in original condition .
I thought that although the price was a little high, I had to have it because this was
exactly the same type of bicycle my folks gave me for Christmas in 1954. (Western Auto Store)
Best bet is to look at craigslist or eBay for similar bikes & check out what they go for.
