It's their bike to do as they please. If they don't want you poking around, then stop bugging them about their bike.
If someone steals it, you know who they are going to blame?

Pictures over the fence are Fine. Trespassing or Violating someone's property or
privacy are reasons people get hurt; Badly sometimes. Nothings worth that ...
It's theirs and unless you make it yours ....Forget it.
