Was listed as a 1936 but the key on the fork does not face straight back, has later style chainguard, frame could be 1938 and tank has far back tank strap in the front.

Beautiful Green Ranger of course. They’re not as common, along with my blue Ranger. It could be a ‘37 Ranger Zephyr with added features. Though the green 6hole looks to be a different shade of green…
I have a ‘36 tall frame Zephyr with the earlier tank as well…
