year of bike

This crank came out of the boys Schwinn I just cleaned. I was hoping a year determination could be made with this and other clues.

Tapered kickstand
Cantilever tank has threaded holes holding the two halves together.

All signs point to 1946. Serial number and tapered kickstand. I know one of the experts will chime in but I'm pretty sure 1946. Let's see some pics.
