Year of frame

Can anyone tell me the year on this frame.All i have is frame with locking springer and key. Here is serial H144124 Thanks

Gene.... the Green (or is it black and painted green) Phantom, Schwinn serial#
H144124 according to the list posted on Anglefire's Schwinn date codes I would say 1951....but, I've been so wrong on these Schwinn serial numbers before, I won'r swear to it.
