I think it might have been used both pre and post war. At least I have seen them that shifter on both. Roger

Raleighs stayed pretty much unchanged. What size are the wheels and what is the rear hub- SA 3 speeds usually have a date code.

Is it a Raleigh? It sure looks like a Raleigh fork, but usually the curved Ladies frames were 28" wheels with straight frames on the 26" models. There are a bunch of catalogs on the web to narrow it down, but the hub will have a date.

Fork is Really bent ! Too much rake to be factory.

Why you think is bent? Have you seen the bike in person...i have and do not look bent.
