And then there are the lawsuit-happy Californians. First OSHA would have a problem with it and would require extensive safety rigging "just in case of an earthquake." The city would require safety cones and "caution" ribbons below it and of course, a vertical-vehicular parking permit. Then some PETA people would sue because the thing scared off the local squirrels and or pidgeons. Then there would be the "obstructed view" complaints from the local apartment dwellers...
