I picked up this seat with an old homemade cover at the swap meet. When I peeled the cover off there was a decent rider quality seat with a "Schwinn" tab on the back.

I bought a rough looking solo polo seat for 15 bucks at a flea market just because it was cheap.got it home and noticed that someone had made a cover for it.decided to remove the cover,and underneath was an almost NOS seat.SCORE.

I once bought a seat covered like it was some sort of fancy chocolate bar. When I peeled back the paper...there it was...the golden ticket.

My uncle pulled a Schwinn speedster out the garbage and sold it to me. Pulled the home cover off and the original seat was under it in really good shape.
