Zenith saddle question and more.

I have a 1939 Zenith men bicycle. The saddle is just bare metal. I have no idea where to go to have it recovered. Its also missing the truss bars. Where do I go for that? Also I'm looking for rims for that bike. I will keep it the way it is for now but I would like to be able to ride it.
I did found a bike with excellent shape rims one day but I wouldn't want to use rims of a good condition 1940's woman Humber bike.
