Identify/Year Tricycle

Just picked this beauty up this morning. I'm guessing a Colson/40's?? Seems to be all original and complete. Wheels do not wobble, but treads are worn obviously. Peddles are fine as well. Seat is worn but no tears. Badge is worn and I cannot make out any identification on it. Rear tube does show a decal was there as well. Clean underneath. Bell works!
What would be a fair $ on this please if anyone can suggest. I will go through it as I do with all my bikes and I'm sure I will sell it.

Steering more to NOT a Colson. Trying to find the rear step w the Tail online through pic's, but haven't come up with anything yet.
Yeh, I know she's a bit crusty....but once I get through with it she'll have that patina look. AFTER pic's will be later.
