Snell Cycle Fittings Co. oil reservoir/ burner from an early to mid 1890's bicycle oil lamp.
Snell produced a number of models of oil burning lamps which used this type of reservoir including but not limited to: Tom Thumb, The Guide, Morning Star, and King of Trumps among others.

Wick operates as it should, ready to mount in your incomplete lamp to make it functional once more.
