Red is Ritchey too, but I forgot which one. Mostly took pics of blue.

And here's another ritchey, Annapurna townie that Charlie Kelly rides. Fyi, he switched his lid for helmet before pedaling away.

Great pics! The '79 is a sweet bike. The '79 and '80 models appear to have a different bi-plane fork than the '81 and later models. The seat cluster is different too. The red bike looks like an '82? Everest. It has the later Ritchey/Mountain Bikes decals.

I think Charlie's bike is an '83. He's posted it on other forums. It would be cool if he would show up on the CABE! Good to see him active and riding.

Can bike polish take off anodizing? That is what lead me to believe they were painted.

Oven cleaner will remove anodizing.

Hahaha!! Of all the Imron color choices available, this is what the original owner chose! It gives the bike more of a 70's vibe.

That is an "Annapurna," like mine. The cranks were black anodized. We also did gold ano.

Beautiful condition. Mine is a bit battered.
