Here are two amazing pair of NOS wartime Alexander Rocket wood handlebar grips. Thanks @New Mexico Brant for the history lesson and story behind these grips. These grips, in particular, came out of a bicycle shop in Attleboro, MA back in the late eighties that had been in operation since the 30's. The owner ordered them during the war either through a distributor or directly from the Alexander Manufacturing Company of Paris, Texas in the absence of their rubber counterparts due to wartime rubber rationing. Awesome history here. Guaranteed original. $75 per pair or $135 for 2 pair shipped NOW $60 per pair or $100 for 2 pair shipped in the US. Payment via PayPal family and friends is preferred.
