Identified Champion Pedals - Made in Germany - pedal German

Let me know if you have any info on these. Stamped Germany. 1 inch wide blocks, 3- 3/4 inch long. Age? Standard on anything?No idea where I got them. Thanks!

Update, found an old picture, I took them off a teens/ 20s truss frame- Mead maybe. Maybe useless info..I don’t think the pedals are as old as that. More like 30s if I had to put money on it.

I was just asking about a set i got, and "Persons" was suggested, then pic of "Majestic" in cat. scan.
I don't see "Germany" on these. Yet?

Was it common to see German manufactured components such as pedals in US prewar motobike era?

I've finally found these discussed a couple places here before. They were marketed as "Champion" ball bearing pedals and have been found in catalogs in the 1930s such as Island Cycle Supply

"most" German pedals are produced either by Union Frondenberg (UNION brand) or by Wertheim (WECO brand)

there are also some done by Wippermann

this is the first time have encountered the Champion brand. let us know if you learn more regarding it.
