Update, found an old picture, I took them off a teens/ 20s truss frame- Mead maybe. Maybe useless info..I don’t think the pedals are as old as that. More like 30s if I had to put money on it.

Was it common to see German manufactured components such as pedals in US prewar motobike era?

"most" German pedals are produced either by Union Frondenberg (UNION brand) or by Wertheim (WECO brand)

there are also some done by Wippermann
