The 1938 ornament is larger than the 1935 1936 and 1937 ornament.
The physical dimensions differ because the 1938 model’s emblem was built by Murray Ohio Manufacturing to span a wide, angular "Gothic" style fender. By comparison, the 1937 Bluebird ornament was made by Westfield Manufacturing and featured a much more compact, shorter base footprint tailored to fit a narrower, smoothly curved shroud fender, they look thesame but different in sizes.
