Sold Extremely rare NOS pre-war Gillette “ special service” tires pair USA

Doubt you will ever find a pair of these tires new old stock like this I’ve had them for many many years. In the middle of a massive downsize, losing my Storage and Work location. These tires were never mounted still soft and with extremely heavy duty durable tread NOS tires
26 x 2.125. For that special bike also ideal for wartime issue models.

last time I saw tires with that tread design was for a 1913 Hurley. Davidson motorcycle, which I was at the time was lacing and truing wheels for a client that had a motorcycle shop and the tire size. I believe was pretty close to 28 by nearly 3 inches in diameter.
And it looked pretty close to those to that name, brand tire.
