This was original purchased NOS from Bob Snyder about 10 years ago for a Manta Ray project that I built a 5 speed wheel for instead. Has never been on a bike. I am including a pair of NOS Carlisle 24 x 1 3/8 tires with one tube. I have some front wheels if someone needs one to complete the set. Just let me know.
