Here is a solid John Alexander (of the Alexander Rocket Bicycle fame) motorized scooter frame and fork. Circa late 1930-early 40's, prewar; these were built by Alexander in Paris, Texas. This one was found in his building the 1990's so it likely was part of his rental fleet for American GI's during the war. It has been an awesome display piece in our kitchen but it is time someone finishes this and gets it on the road. $1,500 plus shipping. Includes a rear rim with drive sheave. Alexander's teardrop fork, foot rests, and "fast back" frame design are an American Classic! Free delivery to Spring MLC. Please PM to purchase. This is being sold to recoup funds for the Flying Merkel purchase; this one will be withdrawn if not sold after funds goal is reached.
