Can someone please answer a few Qs? What make and model of this bike and the year by the serial number and how to decode it also if all the parts are original ? I know it's prewar by the skip tooth sprockets. Thanks so much for your time with this have a good day all

A 1" pitch chain (skip tooth) was used both pre and post war. You have been informed of this more than once!
