Riding a '38 Autocycle Deluxe
These were mounted on a restored Schwinn motorbike that had a variety of
after market and not quite correct parts. Someone went to town tho. Replating
stuff, painting and the whole enchilada. These wheels look great, hoops
appear to be rechromed as are the hubs. Front expander brake similar to
large flange Schwinn hub only by Sturmey Archer, rechromed also as is
the New Departure brake. Spokes and nipples appear to be more modern
not double butted or two sided Torrington nipples.
Still a very nice mount and go shiny vintage period era wheel set. 26x 2/125
