Wore out three sets of tires already!
SORRY, NO SHIPPING. Bike really shows and rides well, I really like this bike. Looks all original except for the newer tires, and seat was replaced with an original Schwinn Fair Lady seat with blue flowers to match the bike. These early fair lady's had the razor fenders, seven hole sprocket, wider handlebars than the 70's bikes, wing tip type chainguards. Handlebars and gooseneck are original and stamped 1967. Wheels are really sharp and are stamped also. Fenders also in great condition. The seat on the bike is an original Fairlady seat and is also in great condition. Original blue paint is very vibrant with no touch up's, but there are some scratches as shown, and someone had to put there driver's license or some number in the paint by the Schwinn badge. Bike rides and stops really well. Needs nothing I can see, just ride it. There is an Ellington's bike shop San Bruno San Mateo CA sticker on it. As Schwinn sold the majority of their bikes over the Christmas season, and the frame is stamped November of 1967, I would not be surprised if this bike was not under some ones Christmas tree here in Northern California on Christmas day in 1967, and would look just as nice under a Christmas tree today as it possibly did in 1967. This bike turned 58 years old this month, those girl's really knew how to take care of their bikes, maybe just not ridden as much as most boys rode their bikes. $295 for the bike as shown. I really like the seat, and if someone wants it for $225 without the seat, sissy bar, seat post as shown in last photo, I will do that. I also may consider trades for nice Schwinn Stingray seats, chainguards, possibly other Schwinn Stingray bikes and parts. Just send me a photo of what you have and I can tell you if I want it. Message me for more info or any questions you have regarding the bike. No shipping, pick it up from me here in San Jose, CA.
