Schwinn sweetheart skip tooth crank . Lots of rust but chain ring will clean up some , arms not so much , hardware and bearings included. One pedal is stuck but I didn’t try very hard to remove it . Crank stamped 9620A. Perfect for a pantina rider $35 shipped to lower 48
