Found Wanted Blackhawk/Falcon truss bracket

Looking for a truss rod bracket for Elgin Blackhawk with curved fork crown. I can also use the rods if you have a complete assembly in good restorable condition. Photo references the lower bracket I'm looking for. Re-pops welcome.
