Most likely a fix for stripped out head bolts?
Looks like a Whizzer Ambassador, could be 2008. There were some issues with the CVT drive system on this engine. With the welded on head, you might want to consider replacing the the engine and CVT with an NE5 engine and manual or auto clutch. Here is the model history:

OK-now I know that what I bought is the Taiwan version of the Ambassador and it was made in 2008. Is it also known as NE-R or is that something different ?
