Hub is on a S6 w/slick tire (never seen a S6 slick?), but I can cut it out if you only want hub.
Tested and it works smoothly. Dirty, needs cleaning...

Exactly, while you and I may see the same potential for a lot more shine, I see the potential for more work and possible flaws underneath the funk. Sorry, I've just gotten to the point where I am bitter about my time and labor in cleaning/detailing being taken for granted over the years. I take my shined up and fully serviced hubs to swap meets and I get these same offers...buyers not accounting for condition, labor, or knowledge of how to repair these hubs. I think Mike's offer stands pretty well for what is essentially a good core that needs to be cleaned and serviced.
