I’ve always loved the look of these little Cleveland’s.
I’m sure they’re pretty funky to ride, but what a cool funky ride that would be!

I have owned one of these machines. They don't have enough power for open highway speeds, but then again, I don't roll the dice like that anymore. Great for back roads putting. Worth the 20k IMO. Looks to be OP. Mine had the black frame with the Grey tank like this one.

That bike is correct including the spring fork and frame. Cleveland copied the fork from Triumph; Schwinn copied it from both when they built the Excelsior lightweight.

Tank looks Bulky , do like the tillers and the flared
Fender option.
Running condition is definitely a bonus.
Surely enhances the asking price.
