When I was a kid growing up in Beaver Dam Wisconsin in the late 60's- mid 70's Mischlers Harley Davidson had a Harley bike hanging off their ceiling for YEARS that was identical to this bike. Probably not the same one, but who knows. Nice find Brant. Mark.“Most All the Fellows Have Harley-Davidsons, Dad”
Framed original 1919 magazine ad I’ve had for over 30 years, always hoping someday I might stumble on to one myself…!

It seems most likely the one you remember Mark is in this photograph. Apparently Mischlers HD closed their doors in 2020 and sold off most of their bikes. When I was a kid growing up in Beaver Dam Wisconsin in the late 60's- mid 70's Mischlers Harley Davidson had a Harley bike hanging off their ceiling for YEARS that was identical to this bike. This picture is ironic as to the fact I bought my first Triumph from Larry Mischler in 1985 and that bike was still hanging trom.the rafters still back then. I do hope who ever bought that Harley bike, it went to a good home.It seems most likely the one you remember Mark is in this photograph. Too bad we don't have a better picture of the bicycle to study. Maybe someone on the CABE bought it?
