Finally riding a big boys bike
Unusual all original 1930's mens Monark Silver King 24" all deluxe bicycle. I haven't done much to it except minor cleanup to the aluminum parts only. The mens toolbox saddle is in pretty decent shape other than the leather securing strap is missing. I would say it's jeweled reflector is mounted to the aftermarket sidestand. The dropstand works great. The tires hold air. The hornlight is nice and complete and the battery tube is all original and not rusted out. The horn button is a nice repro. The only not original part on the bike other than the aftermarket 30's sidestand. The rims are great and should clean up very well. The stainless fenders have very few dents in them. Hopefully there is enough photos you can see what you are getting. I don't see any reason why this bike couldn't be a rider. Please realize the parts alone have a pretty decent value and the bike is nice. Nothing broken as far as structurally. Fed Ex Ground in a single box will be $200 or you could do a local pickup. I would be willing to drive up to 1 1/2 hours each way on a meet part way. Just send me a personal message if you are interested.
