1940 Elgin 4 Star Twin Bar

Paint is touched up but all parts are real deal including ‘40 Morrow hub, cloth wire and lights with NO switch holes. Nice Elgin stamped seat and correct Allstate tires. Would prefer delivery to Ohio/Michigan swaps next month but I can ship. More pics upon request.
