I have seen the earlier Alpine Tourists with the Resilion clamp-on type cantilever brakes. Seems the transition to braze ons would have made sense around 1954. There is a collection online that I've referenced:

Very nice, something I can use for inspiration. You appear to have the clamp-on chain stay hanger and derailleur, which I also have and have been considering using in lieu of brazing on a replacement. Mine is also missing the spring anchor on the chain stay, the front derailleur tab, and a Dynamo mount. I plan to replace the last two at least, probably all of it but I want to test ride and see how it goes.
