1947 J.C.Higgins Restoration Complete!

Finally picked up my chrome for this old girl yesterday, 1947 DeLuxe.........out for a ride today. This is the bike that started it all (my collection that is). Here are a couple before (with original AllState Tires) and after pics.

Beautiful bike GOLDENGREEK! Is yours a 48 (MOS-M)? It is phenomenal condition, a real survivor!

Won't be a problem seeing this one on the boardwalk this summer.
But then, all of your restorations are eye catchers.
