Finally riding a big boys bike
1973 Schwinn Paramount $950 plus shipping around $225
21 inch frame, Reynolds 531 forks and tubes, chrome head tube lugs, fork was rechromed before being powder coated and clear coated by Groody Bros. White lug lining, no dents or rust, minor scratch on top tube from storage in climate control unit. New 700c tires, tubes, chain, cables. Mostly Campy components Super Record front and rear derailleurs, with original Weinmann brake levers. Simplex retro friction downtube shifters. Campy crank arms with gold anodized “drillium” chainrings NOS. Campy Tipo hubs, new spokes, Velotech front rim like new with Velo Orange new rear rim. Brooks large copper rivet honey B-17 saddle like new, Camp 2 bolt seat post. Yellow Silca frame pump with matching cloth tape on Cinelli bars and stem.
