1978 Trek TX 770 Build kit for sale.
Listed in several places, I know this isn't the usual here but maybe someone also has an itch for early rare Treks?
I put all this together and it's in the home stretch, but I'm not going to finish it. At least I don't want to. I've rebuilt, made and restored many bikes over the years but now I'm pretty much done. I stare at this stuff in my back room and I just don't have the spark anymore. A '78 TX 770 is a Columbus steel frame and fork. This is a screaming deal.
- Perfect 22.5" Columbus frame and fork have been stripped and primed. Just needs sanded down and painted. Proper sanding blocks and new original color green paint included !!
ALSO INCLUDED:
Headbadge and new decals. Campagnolo 1039 headset, full cable guides, axle adjusters, seat post and pin, strapless Alum toe clips. Cinelli 1a stem
