Riding a '38 Autocycle Deluxe

Kind of sad to see a bike with paint that nice get parted out...but I suppose the price isn't that bad for a frame that clean. I just wish the matching guard and fork had stayed with it.
Serial reads KQ627290, badge is 320th day of 1979(Fri, Nov 16th).
Downtube has the wet brake decal and front caliper scratches, possibly marks from the Shimano Position cable clamp.
The drop out has an odd stain/smudge, or maybe it's had some touch-up? The chipped decal is probably the worst thing about it, but that can be replaced.
