I don't think the serial number tells you the year on those. The "HC" in the serial makes it a Celina built Huffy, so look for a number starting with "C" on the left rear fork. Something like C8xxx2 for 1982. If you don't find it there, look on the bottom bracket for something along the lines of xxxxHUFFY8xxx2. Part of that might be upside down.
