Selling a set of 20" Schwinn 28 spoked S2's perfect for your 20" project. Has Bendix hub on each rim. Spin ok but would still repack and clean internals. More surface rust in some areas of the rear rim. The rest of the project (sandblasted frame, fork. chainguard) will be listed soon. Shipping only in CONUS.
