1938 Roadmaster 4-Gill Y-Frame Supreme! $6,850 plus shipping. I have just too many projects going on and none seem to ever get done so I am letting go of a few. Being offered is a 1938 Cleveland Welding Roadmaster Supreme with the Y-frame and an original metal four gill tank. Most of the “heavy lifting” has been done, someone just needs to go into the final stretch with this bike! The frame is an original boy's Carlton got out of New Mexico (see picture below). Overtime he pieced the bike together with original correct parts with the exception of a few I found. Jim F. welded the holes closed on the original girl's CWC rear fender, it looks awesome. The guard is also one of Jim’s. The saddle is period but not technically correct; also no chain, and cracks and missing pips on the glass rear reflector (not currently attached but is included in the deal). The bike includes a new departure two speed that reportedly works well but I have never ridden it. Close patina match on bars, cathedral stem, trusses, and Delta lights. The stand came off a CWC but still need paint removed. Nice Torrington 10 pedals, correct curved cranks. I will be sad to see this go as I look at it every morning. Please PM to purchase.
